MEGA FLEA MARKET 4

Hi Folks, 

If you love shopping at flea markets, you should check out the Mega Flea Market 4 at the Singapore Expo this weekend. Starting on Friday, you will get to shop and pick at over 200 stalls indoor at the fully air-conditioned Hall 4B of the Singapore Expo.

You will find stuffs such as fashion clothings, novelty toys, vintage items and probably something for every flea market hunters.
Oh and there will be food stalls too and a snack area for shoppers to rest and relax.
And the fun of Flea Market is the negotiating of the selling price, of course … so do remember to negotiate, ok?

She is really friendly, warm and the children really feel comfortable with her.

Hairdresser:

Simon Lim, Hair Grand, Orchard Plaza, 150 Orchard Road, tel: 67338925, 91715315

Simon is a really efficient and fast and excellent hairstylist.  Orchard Plaza is a modest looking plaza opposite Orchard Central and OG on Orchard Road, it has lots of tailors on the ground floor.  I found the salon whilst shopping for dance outfits for my daughters and I have to say it is a modest salon but excellent service and hair services and the prices are good...Wash and cut : $35!...

Jurong East Swimming Complex

Hi,
As the local kids go back to school,it will be less busy at some places.
I want to take my kids to the Jurong East Swimming Complex either on the Wednesday 29th June or Friday 1st July. If you like to join, let me know and what day would you like to go on.
I've heard The Swimming complex is pretty good and it have a wave pool and water slide ect. It only cost $2 for adults and $1 for children.You can bring your own food or buy local food there.

Hi Everyone,
It's summer holidays for some family at this time.
I want to organise lunch for us all and the kids next Friday at lunch time.
I thought the kids all can ride their bikes , scooters , skateboard ect down at basement 2 first around 11:00am.
From there we all can have lunch at 12pm.
Afterwards, the kids and us all can have a swim.
We either can all bring something each , or we can order take away.Please let me know if you are interested in joining us ,all are welcome.
Please give me your preference, if you want to bring something or order out.

A very successful gathering today getting to know some of the women from around St Thomas suites. I'm sure we all had a fantastic time getting to know everyone.
This blog has been set up to keep us all updated on things such as holiday and activity ideas, dinners and get togethers, requests for babysitting, and to let each other know if groups are established such as book clubs, scrapbooking, quilting, walking etc.
If you have any talents in these areas or just want to host a social group, please let us know. Don't hesitate to email in anything you would like to know or suggest for the site and I'll put it up :)
